30 before 30

I was inspired by Jon Acuff’s 40 before 40 over on Stuff Christians Like to write a 30 before 30. That means I have about 3.5 years to accomplish these 30 things before I turn 30! So, here we go!

1. Learn to play guitar

2. Run a 1/2 Marathon

3. Make at least $100 from blogging

4. Have an assistant

5. (At least) Double what we are doing over at (once like a spark)

6. Have an employee working for me at re:volt consulting

7. Go back to Europe…I don’t care where!

8. Finally lose the last 10 pounds and be at my goal weight!

9. Be a mom

10. Have a house

11. Be a 5 Star Diamond Beachbody Coach

12. Go on a mission trip with Chris

13. Spend time in San Francisco

14. Find joy in folding the laundry (that might need to go on my 40 by 40)

15. Go to SXSW

16. Learn to love cooking

17. Be a guest blogger

18. Learn to snowboard

19. Ski another black diamond in Beaver Creek

20. Go white water rafting again

21.Take dance lessons with Chris

22. Help plant a church (had to get one on here I knew I could check off! :) )

23. Teach a weights/sculpting class at a gym

24. Refinish a cool piece of furniture for our home

25. Fund a well to provide clean water to a village

26. Volunteer at a school/shelter in my neighborhood regularly

27. Develop an insatiable hunger for spending time with the Lord

28. Give up TV for Lent

29. Go 1 year diet coke free (ahhhh!!!!)

30. Do the 3 Day (again)

    21. I made Mat go to a Salsa club & take a lesson. He complained the whole way there but went because it was my birthday. When we left he called himself the “Salsa maching” LOL

    I LOVE it! These lists are all the rage and I’ve read a ton, but yours is my favorite so far. All of those things are totally doable…except for the diet coke free year.

    For learning to play guitar I recommend justinguitar.com. It’s free and he explains everything really well! Although, don’t use me as an example of one of his students. I am still really bad. I should practice.
