Confessions.
I am totally stealing this idea from Babybangs today because I, like her, am lacking total creativity this week. 2 snow days in a row for everyone else in the city has meant 2 days of working for me – which is awesome, but even with pulling 10+ hour days I can’t seem to get accomplished what I need to get accomplished…ANNOYING! So, here are some “confessions” and quirky things about me that you might not know.
1. I love reality TV – even though I am the first to admit it is a total waste of time.
2. I wish I could dance but I am one of the worst dancers you will EVER meet
3. I can’t put an outfit together. I have to look at the mannequin or catalog and just buy all of the pieces. Which means I have a lot of great outfits, but have no idea how to mix them up.
4. I am a fitness professional but I refuse to give up diet coke. I’ve tried and decided my life is better with diet coke, even though it’s bad for me.
5. I love buying new pens…especially Sharpies.
6. When Chris is watching something I don’t want to watch in bed at night I just act like I am going to sleep with a big sigh…then he switches it back to The Nanny to make me happy (although he probably won’t if he reads this…).
7. I watch 2-4 episodes of The Nanny…every night.
8. Just about a year ago I was a receptionist/tech support person, now I help run 1 nationwide business and own another. Never saw that one comin!
9. I talk in my sleep, very clearly – every night.
10. I am realllllly good at impressions, just ask my friends Casey and Dan
11. My BFF, sister and I created a fake band when we were in the Bahamas 10 years ago called 3 Lime Pie and to this day still act like it’s real. Have you heard of us? We are kind of a big deal
12. I can’t watch a movie in the theater without buying Milk Duds, even if I am already overly full
13. I hate bananas, but sometimes I crave them
14. I HATE anything that is sticky – nametags, stickers, etc…the make me gag. Do NOT try and stick one on me next time you see me, I will not think it’s funny at all and will actually be quite annoyed with you
15. I massage my eyeballs/lids when I am trying to go to sleep
